VINCI Airports
Innovation Challenge 2017

Re-enchanting the airport experience At VINCI Airports, we take care of our customers by delivering them a unique airport experience. What kind of services or solutions designed for the passengers’ needs could you provide to contribute to that objective?
Description of the challenge

VINCI Airports aims to take care of its customers by delivering them a unique experience and services adapted to their needs.
In order to provide outstanding services to customers in an efficient manner, VINCI Airports is continuously seeking new ideas to make airports more than infrastructures, but real living places.
Satisfying most of our customers, while addressing specific services to the different profiles, and in the meanwhile developing the activities of our airports, is one of our key objectives. The VINCI Airports’ Challenge aims to detect promising startups proposing a technology or a concept that could feed this objective.
The winners of the competition will be accelerated by VINCI Airports and will thus be able to benefit from support by mentors, experts of the group, and the possibility of experiencing their services or innovative products, under real conditions, on an airport of our network.

The VINCI Startup Tour was a turning point for Skiply. It gave us the possibility to implement our concept in an infrastructure of the group which enabled us to demonstrate our offer’s relevance in real conditions of use, in a kindly and helpful environment. We now provide several VINCI Airports’ network’s platforms and we have been evolving our services to meet the field teams’ needs. The VINCI Startup Tour gave us a great kick-start: Skiply now employs 9 persons and gathers more than 2 million customer feedbacks every month.
