Porto Velho airport

Porto Velho International Airport became part of VINCI Airports network in February 2022 under a 30-year concession contract awarded by the Brazilian Civil Aviation Authority in April 2021. Located 7 km from the city centre and with a 2400 m long runway, the airport is one of the busiest in northern Brazil.
In 2023, Porto Velho Airport was recognized by the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac) as one of the most sustainable in Brazil in the Sustainable Airports Program, in the category of up to one million passengers. The airport was tied with Boa Vista Airport, also operated by VINCI Airports.
