Created in 1933, Rennes Bretagne Airport serves destinations all year round with direct scheduled flights to France, Europe and internationally. In 2022, Rennes Airport welcomed nearly 644,000 passengers.

Rennes Airport has been ISO 14001 certified since 2013, attesting to the efficiency and effectiveness of the airport's environmental management system.

With the aim of decarbonizing its activity, Rennes airport is gradually replacing its fleet of thermal runway vehicles with electric vehicles, the lighting in the terminal, runway and offices have been replaced with LEDs and 10% of their supplier's electricity production comes from the renewable sector.

These innovations have enabled the airport to achieve Airport Carbon Accredition Level 3 certification in 2022, demonstrating the airport's efforts to decarbonize its operations and engage the hub's stakeholders in this goal.
