VINCI Airports deploys a real-time passenger satisfaction assessment system at Cambodia Airports
Reflecting VINCI Airports' commitment to continuously improve the passenger experience, the international airports of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville have installed a new passenger satisfaction assessment system, enabling teams to be mobilized at the right place, at the right time and thus guarantee the best possible experience for customers.
With more than 180 consoles connected in Cambodian airports’ terminals, passengers will now be able to send satisfaction feedback on services in real time, allowing airports teams to react quickly and continuously improve passenger service.
This new service has been implemented as part of VINCI Airports' service strategy. Its objective is to continuously improve the quality of service in its airports’ network. Thanks to this innovation, VINCI Airports’ platforms around the world can collect and process passenger comments in real time. This technology has already been deployed in several airports of our network: Lyon, Nantes, Toulon, Chambéry and Grenoble.
