VINCI Airports launches the testing phase of Business in the Air: boosting business opportunities at airports
Have you ever met new business contacts at the airport? Business in the Air now allows you to make the most of waiting times at Lisbon and Porto airports by boosting business opportunities.
The ANA app now includes Business in the Air! Using their LinkedIn profile, passengers are now able to establish new business contacts, schedule meetings at the airport and even check if the person with whom they made contact will be sharing their flight.
The Portuguese Business in the Air startup was one of the four “favourite” startup of the VINCI Start-up Tour : this innovative idea to create a community service that puts business people in touch with each other won the VINCI Airports “favourite” award in March 2016.
This launching follows on from VINCI Airports' open innovation long-term strategy and it is also in line with VINCI Airports’ continuous efforts to improve service quality and to deliver new services to customers.
That is why ANA’s app has been improving its design and its features to keep being appealing and useful : among the latest updates, the app offers lounge booking, direct access to the airlines’ check-in, integration into the platforms (enabling desktop and mobile navigation) and also content which adapt according to passengers’ status.
Business in the Air features are now available in ANA’s app (Android and iOS). Following this testing phase, Business in the Air will be deployed to all airports of the VINCI Airports network if the tests results are conclusive.
